Re: Delinquent Insurance Claim

To Whom It May Concern:

My husband had surgery at a local hospital and of course due to that stay we incurred a substantial bill.  Due to many delays, obstacles, promised payments and stories beyond anything you could imagine by our insurance company, the claim went on for a long time as unpaid.

The hospital where the service was rendered worked extensively on this claim to get it paid from what I have heard but it was not until our hospital brought in a type of Accounts Receivable Clean Up team that the claim finally to have been taken care of. I must admit that lady who worked this account gave it more than I could imagine anyone person would do. She worked on it for months from every angle and her persistence and tenacity out weighed the normal. She, Linda Bungard, truly needs to be commended, and due to our hospital bringing in this team, it is in my opinion that they made a great business decision, since there are more just like us who had the benefit to end their nightmare of long over due accounts. Due to these delays we obviously received numerous statements, collection type notifications when it fit the situation. The end result was peace of mind for us in this long saga.

I would truly recommend anyone in the healthcare industry, if they are experiencing aged or old insurance receivables that they seriously look into the services of this team of experts and their affiliates, for I am proof they do what they say they will for their clients. I am not the healthcare provider. I am the patient’s spouse that feel relieved so from the side of the hospital who received additionally the benefit, they also must be elated to the bottom line increase they are receiving, due to the work of this team they brought in to help them.

 In conclusion, I want to say again, I truly appreciate what Linda Bungard did. I have mentioned that to her more than one time. Thank you again for having the AR team and their experts assist your organization.
